Application

Preparation:Moisten your skin with warm water in the shower.
Foaming gel:Pour a hazelnut-sized amount of shower gel into your hands or onto a washcloth/foam and lather it up.
Gentle cleansing:Distribute the foam evenly over your body and massage it in using circular motions to loosen dirt, sweat and impurities.
Let absorb:Leave the foam on for 20-30 seconds to allow the natural active ingredients to take effect.
