In your customer account under the heading “Orders” and via the link in your order confirmation email, you can check the current delivery status of your order at any time.
In this case, please contact our customer service team via our contact form or by email at info@euroarabin.com . After correcting the delivery address, we can resend your DHL shipment once we receive the return.
Please note that additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery. In this case, we will, of course, inform you in advance.
If you no longer wish to purchase the product, you will be refunded in accordance with our refund policy. Unfortunately, shipping costs already incurred cannot be refunded.

Yes, you can return your order within 14 days, provided the products are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Please note that returns are only possible under these conditions. For further information on our return policy, please contact us. Simply send us a contact form with your order or invoice number in the subject line.
The refund will be processed using the payment method you used to place your order. Once we receive your return and it has been inspected by our team, we will process the refund.
Please note that this process may take up to 14 days. Once the verification is complete, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method. You will receive confirmation from us once the refund has been processed.
If you accidentally ordered the wrong product, you can notify our customer service using the contact form . Please include your order or invoice number in the subject line. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
