Shipping Conditions

  1. Shipping Partners & Origin of Goods
    Our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer or one of our logistics partners in Germany or abroad via direct shipping (dropshipping). As a result, delivery times may be longer compared to domestic shipping.

  2. Delivery Areas & Delivery Times
    We deliver within Germany, Europe, and the MENA region.

Unless otherwise stated on the respective product page, the estimated delivery time is 7 to 20 business days from the conclusion of the contract (or from receipt of payment in the case of advance payment).

Note: As some goods are shipped directly from abroad, delays may occur in individual cases due to customs or logistics providers.

  1. Shipping Costs
    Shipping within Germany is €4.95, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

For deliveries within the EU, shipping costs start at €11.95.
For orders over €50, shipping is reduced to €9.95.

For deliveries outside the EU, shipping costs are €40. Additional customs duties may apply.

  1. Partial Deliveries
    If you order multiple products, they may be shipped in separate packages for logistical reasons. No additional shipping costs will be incurred.

  2. Shipment Tracking
    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email – if available.

  3. Customs and Import Duties
    For deliveries within Germany, no additional customs or import duties apply.
    For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties may apply.

  4. Shipping to Parcel Stations
    Shipping to DHL Packstations is currently not possible.

  5. Delivery Delays / Unavailability
    If an item is temporarily unavailable, we will inform you immediately and promptly refund any payments already made, if applicable.
