Application

Preparation:Mix approx. 2 tablespoons of mud powder with 1 teaspoon of warm water to form a smooth paste. Adjust consistency as needed.
Face Mask:Apply the paste in a thick layer to the face, leave on for a maximum of 10 minutes, then rinse off with lukewarm water – gently massaging for a light exfoliating effect.
Body Mask:Apply the paste to the desired body areas, leave on for a maximum of 10 minutes, and rinse thoroughly.
Scalp Care:Apply the paste to the scalp, leave on for a maximum of 10 minutes, and rinse thoroughly.
Recommendation:Use several times a month for optimal results. After facial application, apply a moisturizing face cream.
