Mango Butter(Mangifera indica), extracted from the seeds of the mango fruit of a fruit tree native to India and Burma, is a white, odorless butter with a very soft consistency at room temperature. Rich in fatty acids, mango butter is ideal for the care of damaged, curly and brittle hair: It forms a protective barrier on the hair, adds shine, prevents split ends, and is particularly suitable as a mask for dry hair ends. On the skin, mango butter acts anti-inflammatorily, emolliently, regeneratively and antioxidatively– it improves the skin barrier function and microcirculation, protects against premature skin aging and the effects of sunlight, and keeps the skin hydrated, smooth and silky. Solid at room temperature; when slightly warmed, it can be mixed excellently with plant oils or essential oils and is suitable as a natural thickener for personalized cosmetics. For very dry hair: mix with castor oil. Vegan OK.

Application to the skin
