Murumuru Butter(Astrocaryum murumuru) is obtained from the seeds of the Murumuru palm, which is native to the Amazon regions of Northern Brazil. The soft white to slightly yellowish butter with a subtle, earthy hazelnut aroma is considered a true elixir for stressed, dull, dry and damaged hair– whether caused by sun, sea, chlorine, pollution or weather conditions. Rich in Vitamins A and F, Murumuru butter does not grease the hair, but deeply hydrates and restructures it. Especially appreciated by loose and curly hair, but also recommended for hair with an oily scalp and dry ends.
