Application

For the hair

Mix fenugreek powder with very hot water. Cover the container and leave to soak overnight.
The next day, blend the paste for an even smoother consistency.
Add other herbs as desired.
Apply the paste to dry or damp hair.
Leave on for 1 hour.
Rinse thoroughly. Finally, rinse with water and a little vinegar – for soft, shiny hair.

As a face mask / body treatment

Apply the paste to the face, neck, décolletage, or chest.
Leave on for 10–15 minutes– keep the mask moist; do not let it dry out. If necessary, dampen with water or hydrosol.
Rinse off with lukewarm water.
