Calabria Orange Essential Oil

Calabria Sweet Orange Essential Oil (Citrus sinensis), Bio Socert, Vegan OK – 100% pure and integral, obtained by cold pressing the fruit peel from certified organic farming in Calabria. Characteristic main constituents: Limonene (91–95%) and myrcene (1.5–2.5%). Belongs to the Rutaceae family.

Aromatherapy: Sedative, antispasmodic and calming to the central nervous system – indicated for anxiety, nervousness, insomnia as well as during periods of high stress, such as exam times. For insomnia, a warm bath is recommended with 15 drops of Sweet Orange Essential Oil dissolved in coarse salt or Dead Sea salt.

Skin: Useful for enlarged pores as well as dull, lifeless or toneless skin – e.g. with shea butter or apricot oil as a carrier. Helps reduce cellulite imperfections by stimulating microcirculation – in combination with chaulmoogra oil. Helps to relieve muscle tension – massage with andiroba or blackcurrant oil.

Hair care: Gives hair a natural shine and regulates excess oil – apply diluted in a neutral shampoo (e.g. Wild Helichrysum shampoo from Sardinia). ⚠️ For external use only. Photosensitizing – avoid sun after application.Bio Socert – Vegan OK.

Application

• Aromatherapy: diffuse in a diffuser – for anxiety, nervousness, or sleep problems.
• Sleep bath: dissolve 15 drops in coarse salt or Dead Sea salt and add to warm bathwater.
• Skin: dilute in shea butter or apricot oil and apply to the face or body.
• Cellulite: mix with chaulmoogra oil and massage into the thighs and hips.
• Muscle relaxation: dilute with andiroba or blackcurrant oil and massage in.
• Hair: add a few drops to shampoo and wash as usual.
• ⚠️ Do not apply undiluted to the skin. Photosensitizing – avoid sunlight after application.
