Traditional Aleppo Soap 40% Laurelby Najelis the strongest and most intensive Aleppo soap in the entire line– with the highest possible laurel berry oil content of 40% (60% olive oil + 40% laurel berry oil). In direct comparison to the 5% variant(mild, for all skin types), the 12% variant(for combination and oily skin) and the 30% variant(for dry, atopic and sensitive skin), the 40% variantis the strongest available care product in the line – especially for atopic, dry, sensitive, reactive and skin condition-prone skin. The maximum sodium laurelate content provides the most intensive soothing, alleviating and nourishing effect on heavily stressed skin. Also suitable as a natural shaving soap for face and body. Handmade in our own soap factory in Syria according to a millennia-old recipe. Completely fragrance-free. 185 g soap bar.

Application

• Step 1:Moisten the body with water.
• Step 2:Lather the soap between your hands or apply directly to the body area to be cleansed – focusing especially on irritated or affected areas.
• Step 3:Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
• Step 4:Gently dry the skin by patting with a clean towel – do not rub.
• Shaving care:Moisten the soap, apply to the skin to be shaved, and rinse thoroughly after shaving.

Ingredients

• Sodium Olivate (Saponified Olive Oil): Main active ingredient – 60% of the oil content. Rich in antioxidants and vitamins, it deeply hydrates and nourishes the skin, improves elasticity, soothes irritations, and protects against skin aging – cleanses gently and thoroughly without disturbing the skin's natural balance.
• Sodium Laurelate (Saponified Laurel Berry Oil): Second active ingredient – 40% of the oil content, the highest possible proportion of laurel berry oil in the Aleppo soap line. Rich in fatty acids and antioxidants, it intensely soothes irritated, dry, and atopic skin, alleviates skin discomfort, moisturizes, and makes the skin soft and supple. Gives the soap its characteristic, distinct laurel scent.
• Aqua (Water): Solvent used in the saponification process.
• Glycerin: Naturally formed during the saponification process. Largely removed when washing the soap mass – traces may remain in the final product and have moisturizing properties.
• Sodium Chloride (Salt): Natural mineral that aids the soap-making process and gives the finished soap its characteristic, firm consistency.
• Sodium Hydroxide: Essential component of the saponification process – reacts completely with the oils to form soap and is no longer present as free sodium hydroxide in the final product.
