Directions

Preparation:Moisten the skin or hair with lukewarm water.
Body:Apply a generous amount of salt water to the entire body using circular motions. Leave on for 5–10 minutes.
Hair / Scalp:Apply directly to the scalp, massage gently, and leave on for 10 minutes.
Rinsing:Rinse skin and hair thoroughly after each use.
