Application

Preparation:Clean and dry your feet thoroughly – e.g. after showering or a foot bath.
Application:Apply a hazelnut-sized amount of the cream to the soles of your feet, heels, and ankles.
Massage in:Massage the cream into the skin using gentle, circular motions until it is completely absorbed.
Intensive care:Apply a little more generously, especially to dry or rough areas (e.g. heels).
Use regularly:Use in the morning and/or evening for optimal care.
