Application

Aromatherapy/Room fragrance:Add a few drops to an aroma diffuser.
Body application:Mix 3 drops into 1 tablespoon of carrier oil or neutral cream and apply to the desired areas of the body.
Urinary tract infections:Mix 3 drops of thyme oil into 1 tablespoon of neutral intimate wash gel (e.g., Detergente al Mirto selvatico della Sardegna, Linie Semplice Macchia).
Respiratory tract:Inhalation via steam bath – add a few drops to hot water, cover your head and breathe deeply.
Never apply undiluted to the skin. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use during pregnancy without medical advice.
