1. Wet your hair thoroughly with water.
2. Apply a sufficient amount of Avril BioNourishing shampoosand massage it gently from thescalpup to the tips.
3. Leave the shampoo on for a short while and then rinse it out thoroughly.
4. Repeat the process for intensive cleaning.
