Application

• Step 1 – Prepare:For optimal results, exfoliate lips beforehand with Hey Sugar Lip Scrub.
• Step 2 – Apply & Enjoy the Tingle:Apply the Lip Plumping Cream evenly to both lips. The tingling sensation begins after 60 seconds – it's the active signal that capsicum is working and blood circulation is stimulated.
• Step 3 – Alone or Combined:Alone for a well-groomed color-gloss look with maximum plumping effect. Over lipstick or lipliner for additional shine, enhanced volume boost, and extended wear time.
