The micro felt tipguides the liner like a fine-liner pen – smoothly, controllably, from ultra-thin to dramatically thick – in a single continuous stroke without lifting. The acrylate adhesive polymer (Acrylates/Ethylhexyl Acrylate Copolymer)binds to the skin in 30 seconds and then resists moisture, sweat, heat, and tears all day without smudging. CI 77499 (Black Iron Oxide)provides the characteristic deep black, glossy pigment intensity. Xanthan Gum and Magnesium Aluminum Silicatestabilize the texture for an even flow from the felt tip. The ophthalmologically compatible preservation makes the Dipliner safe for contact lens wearers and sensitive eyes. Application – The perfect eyeliner

• Step 1 – Tighten the eyelid:With your ring finger, gently pull the temple outwards or gently tighten the eyelid upwards – a smooth, firm surface is the basis for a clean, even line. For hooded eyelids: gently hold the lid upwards.
• Step 2 – From inside to outside:Place the felt tip at the inner corner of the eye and guide the line outwards in a smooth, continuous stroke along the lash line – do not lift. Rest your elbow on a firm surface for maximum stability.
• Step 3 – Adjust line thickness:Minimal pressure for a thin, subtle line. More pressure or a second layer for a thicker, more dramatic line – the formula builds up precisely.
• Step 4 – Allow 30 seconds to dry:Allow to dry completely before blinking or closing your eyes – look up briefly while the liner dries. After 30 seconds, the acrylate formula is waterproof and smudge-proof.
• Step 5 – Optional Cat-Eye or Wing:Extend the line slightly upwards and outwards at the outer corner of the eye for a flick. Tip: Apply tape diagonally at the outer corner of the eye as a stencil – even beginners can achieve sharp flicks.
• Removal:The waterproof formula is difficult to remove with normal water or micellar water – remove exclusively with oil-based make-up remover or cleansing oil. Allow to soak briefly, then wipe gently.
• Contact lens wearers:Remove lenses before application. Apply liner only along the lash line – not on the inner rim of the eyelid. Reinsert lenses after drying.

Active Ingredients

• Acrylates/Ethylhexyl Acrylate Copolymer (Acrylate Adhesive Polymer): The core of the waterproof adhesive formula. Approximately 30 seconds after application, the acrylate copolymer forms a flexible, water-repellent film on the skin – adhering reliably to the eyelid and subsequently resisting moisture, sweat, tears, and heat all day long without smudging. This enables the true 24-hour hold that distinguishes the Dipliner from conventional kohl pencils and non-waterproof eyeliners.
• CI 77499 (Black Iron Oxide): High-quality, ophthalmologically tested black mineral oxide pigment – the coloring agent of the Dipliner Eyeliner. Provides intense, deep black pigmentation with a characteristic sheen for an expressive eyeliner from the first coat. Iron oxide pigments are particularly stable and unalterable – no color change due to moisture or heat.
• Xanthan Gum & Magnesium Aluminium Silicate (Texture Stabilizers): Xanthan Gum as a natural thickening agent and Magnesium Aluminium Silicate as a mineral rheology modifier – together, they stabilize the texture of the eyeliner formula for an even, controlled flow from the micro-felt tip. They prevent the felt tip from drying out and ensure consistent pigment release with every stroke.
• Phenoxyethanol / Caprylyl Glycol / Decylene Glycol (Ophthalmologically Compatible Preservatives): A triple-preservation system specially developed for the most delicate area of the face. Phenoxyethanol as a mild, ophthalmologically tested preservative, Caprylyl Glycol and Decylene Glycol as natural supporting preservatives – protect the formula from microorganisms without irritating the sensitive eye area. Makes the Dipliner safe for contact lens wearers and sensitive eyes.
